Rutledge Consulting text messages

These SMS Terms are an agreement between you and Rutledge Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company that operates Saleserator ("Saleserator," "we," "us," or "our").

Rutledge Consulting LLC sends text messages to people who request information about Saleserator sales-team software or Rutledge Consulting services through our web form. Messages answer their questions, qualify fit, book and remind them of consultation calls, and include occasional marketing offers. Some messages are sent by an automated assistant. Recipients opt in with an optional, unchecked checkbox and can reply STOP at any time.

What you agree to

Yes, Rutledge Consulting LLC may text me at the number I provide about my inquiry, booking, appointment reminders, and marketing offers for Saleserator and Rutledge Consulting services, including texts sent by an automated or AI assistant. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or a trial. Texts come from +1 346-230-1289. Privacy

SMS / text messaging: If you opt in to texts, we use your mobile number to send the messages you agreed to. Message frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party. All other sharing categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. We may share information with service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf (such as our messaging platform), only to provide the service.

Texts inside Saleserator

Saleserator also sends texts about the Service: a sign-in or confirmation code when you ask for one, an invite when a leader invites you by text, and a reply to each text you send Sal. If you check the box on our founding team application, Saleserator sends up to 4 texts a month about your setup. Those texts are described in our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
